「鬼」月剛過,新北市勞工局選在鬼門關當天推播號稱「史上最『鬼』的公部門宣導短片
」,引起臉書網友瘋傳分享,名為「過勞鬼剋星:新北勞檢立即GO」的五分鐘短片,是由
新北市勞工局六位同仁擔綱演出,編劇、化妝、道具都自己來,內容是以社會新鮮人求職
面試,遇到超時工作的「過勞鬼」、連續工作沒休假的「活僵屍」,以及被雇主苛扣薪資
的「貞衰鬼」,最後求職者透過手機求助「勞動檢查立即GO」,勞檢超人迅速現身懲治惡
雇主,讓被折磨到快變成鬼的員工,換得喘息還回人形。
「抓鬼要用保鮮膜、打鬼要用巧克力」擔任編劇的就業服務中心就服員林岱蓉解釋,這段
典故是出自周星馳主演的〈整鬼專家〉橋段,化妝則是購買人體彩繪顏料,由同仁協助塗
抹,但礙於影片長度關係,有好幾個精心設計橋段須忍痛刪掉,覺得可惜。勞工局指出,
過去勞工要檢舉資方違法,必須撥打一九九九或勞工局專線人工入案,或透過網路向「市
長信箱」陳情,現在有「勞動檢查立即GO」在今年三月全國首創開通後,累計已收件近四
百案。
勞檢處表示,在受理違法通報後,便會安排勞動檢查並將檢查結果即時回傳,「雲端收件
、雲端回覆」,此外,檢舉人還可追蹤進度、查詢歷史案件,大幅縮短辦理時程,達到節
能減碳。只要手機或平板電腦掃瞄QRCode或直接登入「i-labor」網頁http://ilabor.ntp
