適用期滿一個月時公司告知
該職位為國貿行銷業務屬於外派人員
月薪四萬,
星期一到星期六上班,
責任制沒有提供勞健保
颱風天仍要上班,
不上班請事假會扣日薪+全勤
7/28 遞出辭職申請以及交接清冊, 申請7/31離職.
但老闆叫我當天就走人
事後越想越生氣
給公司尊重卻被反踹一腳
想請問版上大大, 這樣有違反勞動法規嗎?
