錄取後,打電話過去問福利制度 - offer

社會新鮮人一枚,
請鞭小力點QQ。
事情是這樣的,
這周五我去某間公司面試,
面試是由一位經理來進行,
面試過程中氣氛和諧有說有笑,
薪資、工作內容都有談到,
工作內容要做的、還有辛苦的地方也都有先聲明,而這些我都可以接受,
但唯獨就是漏掉了福利制度這件事情
雖然面試結束前,主管有問我還有甚麼問題嗎
而那時的我心裡雖然想問,
但就是怕問了後會影響到錄取與否,所以就沒問了QQ
然後現在情況是我拿到offer了,
但是福利制度這方面的資訊我還是不清楚
(人力銀行上刊登的沒有很完整)
事實上,
我想弄清的並非是福利有甚麼,
而是關於公司的一些制度,
像是勞健保、有無比照勞基法、有無加班費...等等
現在我非常後悔當初沒一次問清楚,
很怕到時候一上工才發現公司的制度有問題,
這煩惱從拿到offer後,就一直困擾我到現在
所以想說來請教版上的各位前輩,
錄取後,
若我再打電話過去問人資一些福利制度相關的問題,會不恰當嗎QQ
