小弟最近到一家公司報到,跑完報到流程之後,我就開始設定公司信箱
由於公司用Outlook在收發信,我怕回家可能會用到電子郵件,所以就用Gmail把公司的信
也複製一份收過去,同時我也有請問資深的人員是否可以這樣做,資深同事說可以,
這樣比較方便回家工作(哭哭),我就在設定信箱的時候順便寄測試信,內容大概都是
"123ABC" "878787878" "66666666" ,試了半天終於找到port,正好同事有工作要請我幫
忙,寄信給我並且附上一個特殊檔案,因為我想寫一些備註,就把這封信用轉寄給自己
的公司信箱並且附上備註,五分鐘後主管過來問我為什麼要寄信給他,我很確定副件跟
密件副本是空白的,就找IT來詢問一下,才知道原來在公司寄信或收信系統都會轉寄給
主管,有一種被監控的感覺好不舒服唷,要監控也不先講,我就不會再測試信寫878787
這樣真的好丟臉唷,想請問一下各位大大,公司這樣是正常的嗎?
