關於組織結構 - 企管

我看了書~但是還是不懂!!希望有好心的大大可以解釋更清楚一點或者找例子~

目前我看完的想法是 stopford和wells提出四種組織結構:

第一個是international division structure 是適合給出口類的公司使用~
但是我想不出例子!!這個結構是說國內市場>國外市場~所以產品的多樣性就比較小!
在此結構下~外國的分公司可以直接回報總部!The international division is separate
from the domestic operations of the multimational firms. As a result, foreign
branches are given considerable flexibility to design and implement strategies
that fit their local conditions. As a result, under the internatinoal division
sturcutre communication between domestic divsion and international division is
often poor. 書上是這樣說~但是前面它都說外國的分公司可以直接回報總部~那為什麼
國內部門和國際部門的溝通還是不好?????

這四種真的看起來都大概知道~但是實際上還是都不懂~希望有好心人可替以替我解答~
