關於離職 - 加班

請教一下各位
進入現在的公司,已任職一年八個月了
由於進公司前,已知公司規定間接人員為責任制,無加班費
僅六日加班可報補休
而我於今日提出(3/9)離職,告知離職日為4/4
但我的補休(10天)+特休(8天)總計有18天
如果我想在到離職日前,將假休完再離職,是否不合法?
我已於今日送離職申請單送至單位主管
但目前得知,單位主管不答應也不簽
如他不簽我的申請單,是否離職日會因預告的20天而往4/4之後延後
或無証據證明我已提出離職申請單是否有辨法防止此方法
如我在離職日4/4前,因交接及假休不完(主管不給休)
是否有什麼方法可以休到假或換到錢(據同事說法,以假換錢,無先例)
因我擔心我離職日為4/4,假如已離職並退勞健保
是否公司會因此而不給我我的損失費用(補特休)
直接請勞工局是否有更好的幫助?
