離職 被公司拿合約壓 - 離職

我想請問 我這個月25號就滿三個月了,我有去電去詢問過勞工局,
勞工局的回覆是未滿三個月可不須預告日,而且公司在我遞出離職申請書後,
就請同事來交接我的工作,後來我詢問公司主管工作結束的時間,
結果主管是回覆我說她是晚上才看到我的離職單(我是15號就先告知主管,16號就拿申
請書給我,17號早就叫同事來交接)
說確定的結束時間要等公司總經理簽核後才生效,還說我們間接人員要30天才能離職,
今天我跟公司主管說 我未滿3個月是可以不用預告日,而且交接工作也已經完成,公司規
定的30天是適用在滿三年以上的員工
結果公司回說公司的規章之前皆已詢問過勞工局,規章制訂後也送勞工局審查合格
說一切依規定處理 說我有權不去上班 然後明天開始依曠職論..
當初進公司 是有給我們簽署 上頭是好像有間接人員須提前30天提出
這樣是不是就算我違約?! 公司能藉此扣掉我的薪資嗎?
