當初進到一間新公司,
面試後問完相關的福利、薪資、休假制度...等等,
想說應該沒問題了,結果這週公司開臨時會,宣布新的章程,
大多數都沒變動,不過多了一條不合理的規定,
離職要在兩個月以前告知,否則當月薪水全數扣除...( ′_>`)
不管進去多久,三個月也好一年也好,都要在兩個月前告知離職,
比方說:我想離職了,現在四月,要到六月中過後才能走,不然這個月薪水就沒了。
目前是沒有想要走,因為除了這個其他福利都不錯,但總會有離職的一天,
這明顯的違法,走勞工局一定撕破臉,想繼續走室設這領域不想黑掉,
要用什麼方法損失會最小?
目前想到的只有...騎驢找馬的面試,找到後等到下個月六號(發薪日隔天)就跳過去,
不過這樣變成我違法,沒有在十天或一個月內告知就閃人了。
小公司經常有這種奇怪的不合理要求,尤其是在某些地區特別嚴重...
