離職特休計算 - 離職

不好意思 關於特休問題想請教一下
我是在101.9.10到職
將於103.5.31離職
依我的認知今年應該有完整的7天特休可以利用
不過HR方才告知 我只有5天可請
因為依任職時間來看 要從102.9.10 到 103.9.10才有7天特休,
102年公司依比例給了我2天特休
我若於五月份離職的話 應扣除去年已休的2天...
還請各位幫忙看一下,HR這樣的說法是正確的嗎?
