因公司文化與生涯規劃不符 計劃11月前離職 有幾個問題請教板眾
問題一 下份工作若要提供之前薪水記錄 是提供最近剛調薪後(8月剛調薪了10%)
還是一整年的平均?
問題二 因過去被上司賞識,高層列為重點栽培對象和屢次表揚 所以如果要閃電
離職 恐怕上司們會很錯厄 怎樣的說法 過去提拔的長官心裡比較能接受
並且下份工作人資調查時 不會怨恨
