離職遇連假不支薪? - 離職

在上櫃公司上班,在職未滿ㄧ年,2/22提離職,跟主管提做到3/1 ,主管說好,但需要在
跟內部討論,後來回覆我,只需要到2/26,薪水也只算到2/26,會扣2/27-2/29 三天連假
及全勤。
可是明明是月薪制,為什麼離職變日薪制,明明2月,已經沒有任何工作日,想問這樣合
理嗎?
請問如果去勞基法申訴,成功基率高嗎?
還是有其他方法,可以保障領全薪的權力?
(本來就是週末二日上班族)
