9月底離職 中秋節獎金? - 離職

原本告知主管做到九月底,
不過跟同樣有想走念頭的同事討論之後才發現,
中秋節是9/30,還剛好是星期天,
我們公司是週休二日,
若做到9月底,9月薪水應該是要給全薪沒錯,
但最後一天上班日是9/28,
是否會因為這樣影響中秋獎金的發放(我們是固定%數)?
這部分是有法律規定還是各公司為政呢?
請教各位前輩了!
