各位前輩好,小弟30有5了。在學校日子混得多出社會晚,
再加上退伍後在研究職學校文職待了一小段時間,所以真正業界工作資歷大概7年左右。
其中比較完整的是近五年食品飲料業FMCG KA經驗。去年底離開待了近四年的國內
乳品飲料大廠A,本來今年農曆年後要回到FMCG之前工作的製造業到海外,無奈疫情因素
機會暫時沒了。 過往幾年在FMCG人脈就在這裡顯現了,今年初進入了台日合資偽日商
擔任小主管,這份工作後來有點雷,再加上有別的公司招手,近期又跳到B本土食品飲料
公司,該公司除了飲料,還有個清與糖餅產品。可以接觸的通路與採購層可再增加。
其實今年一直都有跟hunter保持聯繫,也有被推到幾間很想去的外商面試過,但可能
學經歷與產業年資對比年紀,在外商用人單位眼中,幾乎會被放到很後面,大概就是無聲
卡居多。幾位Hunter有分析
1.我沒有FMCG外商經驗,本土廠的資歷多數沒有很吃香。
2.Hunter眼中FMCG的階層順序:a.菸商酒商, b.大型外商 c.一般外商 d.本土大廠.
我大概都被定位在d等級,自然在好缺上,一堆a~c的候選者排隊等著被挑,而且今年
疫情因素,很多海外高手降價返台求職,hunter市場上多了好多優秀與豐富經驗人選。
本來想說就在現職B公司好好再多磨練產品層別與通路別,將來持續在FMCG KA領域持續
成長,但上週被安排去一間歐洲品牌啤酒廠的KA,面談完覺得機率不高,我自己也不是那
麼喜歡酒商,覺得也不會想專心待在這。 但今天Hunter告知,對方用人單位要用我,HR
有開薪資條件給Hunter了。目前考量的點
不接受酒商的考量點
1.這間歐洲啤酒廠在台灣規模很小,雖然是國際品牌,但對於後續要進入更好的外商,或
我想去的外商,助益應該不大。
2.目前HR開給Hunter的薪資,是有比我現在B公司高,但就我了解的市場行情,酒商HR是
開最低條件,等於我真的要去,還要請Hunter幫我再爭取,但這樣一來如果Hunter真的
幫我跟HR爭取到我開的薪資,就不能不去了。
3.現職B公司也是同業朋友介紹,才來三個月就要閃人,人情上有點壓力。
4.現職B公司能碰觸的品項與通路別很廣泛,產品別也跟我後續想進入的外商有競爭性,
可以讓我保持之後想去那幾間外商的產品市場敏感度(會有明顯幫助)
5.酒商產品單調,除了我後續想走其他菸酒商或菸酒代理公司,不然這間歐洲酒商經驗
沒啥幫助
但Hunter與同業朋友建議該去的點
1.怎樣薪資都比現在B公司好
2.一次補足外商與酒商資歷。況且從資歷來看,現在B公司時間短,之後CV可以不要
表達到這段時間,直接從偽日商接到歐洲酒商,這樣看來會是成長曲線的履歷。
3.洗一下身上太重的本土廠品牌味,增加後續其他外商在看履歷與資歷對比考量上,不輸
其他候選者的機率。
歲末年終了,又要煩惱該怎麼發展,明年會不會換得比今年更辛苦。
再沒幾年要40了,感覺這一次要走對,才有辦法替後續3~5年再往上爬。
