上班一天離職的問題 - 加班

今天去報道上班了，公司規模不大，從早上九點加班做到晚上九點，工作性質感覺跟面試當初想的不太一樣，重點是報道時我交了身份證，健保卡，存摺，畢業證書等影本，也辦了勞健保跟簽了約聘書，如果明天想辭掉的話那些需要拿回來嗎?另外想問做一天會有薪資嗎?還有剛剛才從約聘書看到，離職前需一個月前告知，否則如果影響到公司運作，需要賠給公司5天薪水，請問這樣我需要賠錢嗎?
