請您幫幫忙，是要面對面面試，所以希望您能幫幫我翻譯，希望番的比較口語((越生活化越好))，不要用太艱澀的單字!!!拜託拜託!!!因為過兩天就要面試了...拜託請幫幫忙!!!
1.一直以來，對於新加坡航空的印象，就是飛安情況非常好，服務也常常是第一名，所以非常希望能有這個榮幸，藉由這次實習機會進去貴公司，涉取不一樣的服務專業與經驗。
2.個性上朋友都說我非常開朗充滿熱情，大而化之時而搞笑，但其實我內心很細膩。
妳曾經遇過客訴嗎?
3.我曾經在電影院打工，一位客人攜帶外食，但是公司規定是不可以的，並要求制止客人。當時那位客人非常生氣，他說他剛買而且它還未吃飯，堅持他要帶進去吃。我首先向那位客人致歉，造成他的困擾，並告訴他電影院有賣其他食物，我可以幫他購買，他還是堅持吃他買的食物，後來我告訴他，要是別的客人也把食物帶進去吃，食物的濃郁的味道影響了你的觀看品質，您也是會不開心，他也是個明理的客人，後來他就把食物交給我保管，最後看完電影我才把食物還給他。
4.對於新加坡的印象，是一個像台北一樣大的國家，卻非常多元化，國際資訊迅速，乾淨且法律嚴謹的國家。
希望翻成口語一點!!!

All the time, excellent aviation security and first class service is my impression on Singapore Airlines. Thus I’m sincerely looking forward to having the honor of ingesting different and professional service and experience.

Descriptions of my personality from my friends are sanguine and glowing with enthusiasm, pay little attention to details and sometimes I’m humorous. However, actually I have a fine and smooth heart.

Have you ever encountered complaint from customers?

When I worked part-time in a movie theater, there was once a customer carried the food which was bought outside of the movie theater, but that was restricted by company’s regulation, and staffs were requested to restrain any one who not following up with the regulation from entering the theater. The customer was so angry at that time, he said that he did not finish his meal yet and just bought it with insisting to carry the food into the theater. Firstly I apologized to the customer for causing any of his inconvenience, and told him that alternative food which sold in the theater that I can buy for him, but he still insisted on his original intention. Then I explained to him that if other customers also bring and enjoy their food in the theater, you won’t be happy if you were affected by the rich flavor of the food. Fortunately, he understood and handed the food over me, and the food was not returned back to him until the movie was finished.

A country with similar size of Taipei, with extremely diversification, prompt international information, clean and strict law, is my impression on Singapore.

1. For now and then, the impression of Singapore Air to me are the condition of aviation security is excellent and the first class service. I do really want to have this honour thru this practical training to work for your company to get a different specialied service field and experience.
2. Others said that I am a very open and clear, full of enthusiasm, easy going and quit humorous, but actually I am a very exquisite person.
Have you ever got a complaint from a customer?
3. I have worked in a move theater as a part time job. There's one time, a customer bring food from outside the theater but the regulation of company is not allowed and asked stuff to prvent it. The customer was very angry at that time because he said, he just bought it and haven't eat dinner yet and insisted to bringing in the theater. I apologizes to the customer that cause his inconvenient first and then tell him that there's some snacks that I can buy for him. He still insisted brought his food inside and I asked him that if everyone bring the food inside the theater; the smell of food will distracte other people and discress the quality of watching movie. I think you will not be happy aobut that right? Gladly, he was a understanding person, he hand over the food to me and I returned the food to him after the movie.
4.The impression of Singapore are as big as a Taipei city, but very multi-culture, fast international information , very clean and law stricted country.
