之前待的公司屬於傳統產業,我們部門裡面總共就3個人
主管跟我還有另外一位剛進來的新人,
在我還是新人時期難免有些問題,問我主管,他只會回我啊是不會自己想嗎?
等我真正下了決定,要怎麼處理時,他看到就會說你怎麼這樣處理==
每次主管工作出包時,就會寫信給我交代一下
人就給我請假回家,跟我說他要休假==
結果面對大主管的炮火都是我,也不見我主管對我有任何意絲絲歉意

我的感觸頗深
有遇到好的人帶真的是很好
最重要的是,從我進入公司到我離職起碼有1年半,
我的薪水一直都是試用期薪水,我也曾寫信問過我主管為何不幫我送簽呈調薪
他只給我說一句你在面對客戶的時候稍嫌不足==
我覺得我可以在那間公司待這麼久簡直就像被下了符一樣
後來決定離到現在找到新工作,我都覺得新工作就像天堂一樣
起碼問主管問題他會回答我、教我,而不是回我一句自己想
只有經歷過錯(ㄉ一ˋ)折(ㄩˋ)才會迎來成(ㄊㄧㄢ )功(ㄊㄤˊ)
