主管覺得不夠積極 - 離職

最近試用期剛一個月,就被主管約談叫去小房間
一開始先問我工作適應的狀況如何,後來就提到老闆覺得我擔任這個職位後,跟以前相比
沒有太大的變化,並覺得我過於被動、不夠積極
目前的工作內容就是管控FB和官網還有產品的上架,這禮拜開會的時候提到要著重在網路
行銷這一塊,也因為公司的產業是我過去沒有接觸過的,對於這樣特殊的產品特性和目標
客群讓我不知該如何下手,近幾天都在查找資訊,因為公司也沒有任何的參考資料,在這
方面完全是要從0開始
因為個性關係,我的習慣是等到有個較為成形的提案時再提出,但他認爲可以隨時把idea
提出一起討論(這樣可以讓他知道我有在做事?)
並且他還說覺得我太不融入公司群體,跟同事沒有太多互動,不像同期來的同事在自己業
務之餘,看到他們很忙會去分擔,這方面聽完他的話我想了很久,我是覺得我沒有很自閉
不融入他們啊,他們有時聊天我也會參與討論,不過我的確是沒有主動去分擔啦
最後,他說希望這份工作是要對這個產業有興趣的,並且對這塊很活絡的人,並問我想再
試試看嗎,當下我是給了肯定的回覆
這兩天適逢休息日我也想了很多,也因為一直想到主管對我說的話而感到很沮喪,覺得在
交辦的工作上,我也是有用心在工作上面,但呈現在他們面前的卻是這樣的結果唉~
因為我剛出社會,這方面經驗不夠充足,想來跟大家尋求一點建議
現在苦惱的點是公司的業務內容的確不是我感興趣的,新開發的這一塊目前對我而言也是
較為吃力的,公司裡也沒人可以帶我、也沒資訊可供參考
那我應該主動提出離職呢,還是再試一個月看看比較好
等一個月後若公司仍然不滿意,再面臨被資遣這樣
而且他還有提到同事對我的看法,這讓我一想到週一要面對這些同事就覺得好煩啊QQ
