人資不正面回應津貼問題 - offer

最近拿到新offer,
已經爬文也上天眼通看過了,
個人覺得人的問題到哪都有,
而且自己心智應該還算強大,
應該是受得了,
這部分暫不討論,
目前確定自己會拿下這份offer。
跟hr確認過:
薪資除了前三個月的受訓期,
若通過總考核留下來後,
第四個月開始會有輪班津貼以及月考核津貼。
問他數字,說看kpi,問範圍,不願正面回答。
兩次通話(通知面試、錄取通知)都很客氣地說:有任何問題隨時找我。
但發EMAIL給他,永遠不回。
但我知道他有看,因為若是通上電話他會順便回說:我有看到你EMAIL.....
(因為我在職中,上班時間沒辦法打電話溝通,且津貼問題電話中問了,他沒正面回答。)
因為家裡有點狀況,
薪水對我蠻重要的,
遇到這種遮遮掩掩不願意正面回答的,
真的覺得很頭痛。
好在問來問去,
身邊朋友有在裡面上班的,
正好又是同個單位,
月考核津貼其實不差。
讓我鬆了口氣,
實在是想不透到底為何不透漏啊?
電話跟錄取通知都寫明了薪資是秘薪制,禁止公開討論,
怕人家討論你就跟求職者說得清清楚楚人家還需要到處打聽探問嗎?
到底......hr這樣遮遮掩掩的......是為了什麼啊? 有人可以解惑嗎??
那麼有制度的公司,有什麼好不講清楚的啊??
