有幾個想請教各位
目前我在一家頗具知名的傳統產業企業工作
去年大學畢業後 一直到現在也快半年了
直接進公司擔任很菜的助理一職
當初公司面試時 主管和我說:全薪26K
話中之意就是:還要扣勞健保+員工福利金 全勤獎金包含在內
實領23K~24K
但每晚幾乎都在加班 至少都是兩個小時起跳
若訂單太多或是客人參訪時 周六偶而需要被迫加班(am.9~pm.3)
重點是!!!!
沒有加班費
沒有加班費
沒有加班費
雖然還沒踏進職場就知道現在很多老闆都愛用責任制
但這樣的加班搞得大家筋疲力盡 似乎也無法達到多好的效益吧
雖然有時我的工作已經告一段落了 但看到大家都在加班 我也不好意思閃人
之前曾被主管點名:為何大家都在加班 你卻先走?難道是有事嗎?
也因為還很菜 很多時後都還得裝忙 意思意思的加班 讓大家看看我還留在公司奮鬥
只是我不懂
為何沒有加班費 公司還敢強迫員工加班
很多同事也時常忙到凌晨才回家 隔天依舊準時上班
這樣的超時工作 難到公司都不知道嗎
操到面黃肌瘦 這就是所謂的傳產業現象嗎??
