公司人力不斷縮編該離職了嗎? - 離職

各位前輩們好,
進來此間公司大概快一年半左右,待的是技術部門,
這段期間看著原本比我早進來的同事們一個一個離開 (營運&技術都有),
雖然之後有遞補人員進來,但大多是營運部的人,
至於我們部門因為上面有指示不再找人 (中間只找過一次系統工程師),
就變成最顛峰時期九人→六人,
離開的三位中有兩位因為職務性質關係原先的工作交接給我另外兩位同事去分配,
其中一位有一小部分的工作由我幫忙分擔。
今天接到我們公司在月底會砍掉六個人的消息,其中有三個是我們部門的,
雖然一方面覺得沒有被約談應該是好事,
但因為不再找人所以即將離開的三位工作又會落到留下的我們三個人身上。
這樣等於三個人扛了原本九個人的工作啊 Orz
很猶豫到底要不要離職的點是,
公司的福利還算不錯,
又因為自己在這一行算是剛踏進來的小菜鳥,工作才好不容易慢慢上手,
怕一年半的資歷要跳去別間公司不曉得會不會有點困難(?),
但覺得如果不離職的話,工作內容跟壓力會越來越大,
每天上班的心情只會越來越鬱悶。 (而且部門只剩我一個女生覺得很孤單QQ)
想聽聽板上前輩們的意見跟建議,謝謝。
