經過多次轉換工作後終於找到薪水還可以,待遇也算合理的公司
但,有時人想離職不是公司是血汗工廠,而是領導者不是人
*.領導者會做事,但不會為底下員工說話(不管發生甚麼事,都說員工的錯)。
*.情緒管理極差,常用人身攻擊的方式怒罵員工(事後又忘了一乾二淨)。
*.看不見員工的努力和付出,認為整間公司就他付出最多。
*.處理公事的標準就是以他為準,但不明說,總認為大家應該要知道。
*.有規則他定,但只有他可以不用遵守。
*.他做錯事無所謂,員工做錯事是罪不可恕。(有時他做錯事還會怪到你身上)
*.話說一半,另一半要自己聽得出來,不能多問。
這樣忍受他好幾年了,最近開始受不了,想離職,但又捨不得自己在公司累積的努力
而且公司很好,就是人不好
現在是走或不走都是為難.............
