公司的奇怪規定 - 面試

最近應徵上了一家小公司
面試時跟我說因為我算新進員工
2月因為扣除年假實際上班天數很少
所以2月必須以天計算
不然其他員工會不滿
後來有詢問是只扣年假多放的4天 還是連六日都不算
得到的答案是 25000/28天 再乘以有來上班的天數
自己算了一下實在超虧耶
薪水除以28天
但六日本來就不上班阿
要除應該要把六日給扣掉吧?
該如何爭取呢?
