這份工作是屬於精品家飾門市,我是應徵門市人員
北市,待遇是起薪30K,月休6,工時10小時
當初會決定來工作是前份工作也是相關行業(做了5年)
面試時覺得老闆很有想法,而且是會用心教育員工的老闆
在這裡可以學到東西,另外重點是除底薪外有業績獎金
否則30k要板橋>內湖通勤根本划不來
到職兩天之後覺得對公司有些疑慮
1 .門市原本只有一位小姐,我報到後才知道是要接替她的位置,而且她只做到月底
所以只有三天時間跟我交接,要我馬上熟悉門市業務可以一人顧
因為老闆平常不太會進來(WTF!?)
2. 當然前輩離職原因是相當重要的
我打探的結果是老闆不好相處,
進公司就是交代員工打訂單,
但是容易不耐煩,如果員工照他說的打但是錯了會開罵,前輩女撐了一年受不了離職
還補充說如果老闆經常都在公司她撐不了三個月
3. 當初面試有談業績獎金,但經過兩天觀察
其實門市沒有什麼客人,主要是接待老闆跟設計師配合的客戶,所以老闆經常都在外面跑外務接洽生意
自己上門的顧客並不多(可能一天一個)
4. 老闆沒有教人的意思
我以為門市最重要的是熟悉產品,
但產品問要離職的前輩居然是一問三不知
回我很制式的答案,不然就是說自己很少介紹所以不清楚 …
老闆則是叫我看資料,有問題要問
不過今天問了問題,卻被訓斥不要問太蠢的問題 XDD
(我就是完全不懂當然問題會很基本很蠢啊啊)
綜合以上,大家會建議我儘早離開嗎
還是我太草莓應該再撐個幾天觀察一陣子呢?
