勞健保問題 - 離職

因原po即將離職
但因為現在還有3天的喪假還沒請完
我打算跟現任的公司說到3/12(三)
但新公司3/10(一)就要報到了
如果說我跟原公司說3/10-12 三天都請喪假
3/12在幫我轉出勞健保
之後跟新公司說因為原公司還有假沒請完~請他們3/13開始在幫我保勞健保
這樣法律上來說是合理的嗎? 也就是在新公司上班~但是前幾天還是在舊公司保勞健保
另外想請問~若是剩下的三天喪假原公司不讓你請完,叫你3/7(五)就走人
是否可以去勞工局檢舉?
