就我所知
國泰人壽就是(我指內勤)
年終 年假 三節 生日 3000
若你有能力考上國外某些相關學校念與工作相關的
補助所有學費外還有生活費的補助
(當然念完碩士後要回國泰上班啦)
年假一天也不會少
我朋友離職時,還被人事部告知因有年假故會折現金給付
至於產假休個二個月也是常態 (有薪喔)
結婚一萬;生子再一萬補助
多的是結婚生子完請個產假後..補助通通拿完後
離職不幹了><""

若出差到別的縣市還可申請交通費住宿費
員工急診也可以申請醫療補助
子女獎學金;任職滿10/15/...之後的還有"金牌"可以領
薪水雖不是業界最高,但福利該有的應該都沒少
公司大也不會去規避
在這裡其實是很多人第一也是最後的工作
多的是任滿25y退休
因為它幾乎不裁員....即使你真的很差
也不會逼你到業務單位變相逼你離職
應該還不錯吧
