一儲液桶內裝有 1,200 kg 之液體,此液體之比熱為4.0 kJ/kg-K,溫度為298 K。儲液
桶內裝有熱交換的盤管,現以溫度為398 K 蒸氣通入盤管來加熱桶內之液體。已知盤管與
液體之熱交換面積為1.0 m2,且蒸氣側與液體間之總括熱傳係數(overall coefficient of heat
transfer)為500.0 W/m2-K。假設桶內液體被均勻攪拌,液體比熱為定值,蒸氣側溫度維持
在398 K,儲液桶本身之吸熱可忽略。
【提示:1 W = 1 J/s,ln 2.0 = 0.693,ln 2.3 = 0.833,ln 3.0 = 1.099,ln 3.3 = 1.203,
ln 4.0 =1.386。】
(一)若儲液桶被完全隔熱,與外部空氣無熱交換,請計算桶內液體被加熱至348 K
需多少時間?
(二)若儲液桶會散熱至外部空氣,其與外部空氣之接觸面積及總括熱傳係數分別為
20.0 m2 及10.0 W/m2-K。假設外部空氣溫度維持在298 K,請計算桶內液體被
加熱至348 K 需多少時間?當加熱時間增長,桶內液體之平衡溫度為多少K?
我並非化工系的所以只能拿林隆的單元操作來死背,問題一我會用公式帶入算出需要6625.8秒
但是問題二我根本不知道要怎樣去計算,不知有高手可以教教我嗎?謝謝
