同事離職,主管希望我接下他的工作 - 加班

如題,有一個A同事提前告知主管要離職,但主管拖到最後一個禮拜才找新人,結果現在
新人覺得事情太多他學不來也不做了
現在跟A同樣職務的只有我,主管問我是否可以先接下A 11月的工作?(因為與錢有關且有
時效性)之後他會再去找人。
目前自己是傾向不接,但現在煩惱的點是
表面上是半哄半騙的要我接,但會不會其實根本沒有選擇權?(因為沒人會處理了)
若真的不得已接下了遇到的問題就是:
1.雖然同職務但因負責的區域及人事方面還是有些許的差距,等於我要自己摸索。而且後
續若有什麼問題我都需要再去處理
2.有時效性且要年底了若要接下A的工作量等於要加班(且手頭上還有原本自己的工作量
)
3.若真的接了我會要求主管將同事A 11月的獎金也加在我這,但公司獎金很容易拖欠,是
否可以請主管白紙黑字寫清楚保障自己?
但又會覺得有需要為了幾千的獎金把自己搞得如此辛苦嗎?而且怕接了之後又遇
到新人落跑類似的問題主管是不是又會直接要我接下該月的工作量?
想問有沒有人有遇過類似的事情可以給我點建議嗎?
因為是第一份工作所以這些事情都是第一次遇到,再麻煩各位前輩們指教了!!!感激不
