我沒有太多面試經驗,目前程式設計經驗2年。
以往認知是,一切準備好,
然後開104履歷,因為都準備好了,所以面試安排非常密集,
幾乎天天面試,有時一天面試2份,還可能是一個台北一個台中,
以往通常在開履歷後三周內,我就會在已面試的公司選一間去上班,
因為你沒辦法對已入取你的公司壓太久的報到日期對吧?
所以我上次履歷一開三週內就決定去哪一家公司,然後報到後就關履歷,
不然新老闆知道你還開著應該蠻奇怪的吧?
主要是因為以前認識一個朋友,他履歷剛開前2個月還蠻多公司約他面試的,
但是兩個月後約面試的公司就少非常多了,兩個月前通知他入取的公司也被他推掉了,
兩個月後他面試機會變少了,他能選擇的公司也變少了。
所以我的想法是,一切準備好,
履歷一開就希望能在一個月內,在入取的公司內決定哪一家,然後報到後就關履歷了,
我一直都沒有長時間開履歷過,
我這樣的態度是對的嗎?這樣會不會反而導致錯過很多好公司?
還是說會錄取你的公司,只要他在沒找到人之前,都會讓你去?
以往我一直覺得報到日期如果壓超過一個月,可能對方會覺得你沒誠意,
我沒什麼面試經驗,不知道怎麼做才對?
我對自己能力是有信心的,只是職場道德我不知道怎麼掌握?
就像我一直覺得如果你沒有確定離職,在職中開履歷是一件職場非常反感的事,
但後來發現有同事沒有要離職,但他履歷也是一直開著?我也不知道對不對?
