蔡總統要求統一全國國定假日,並檢討特休制度,
勞團認為,特休假勞工看得到吃不到,是把責任丟回給勞工;
工商團體則說,特休與周休是兩回事,制度和標準不一,不能混為一談。
桃園市產業總工會祕書長姚光祖說,特休假對某些勞工可以解決,
但很多工人被迫放棄特休假,國定七天假則是勞工不用請假也可以休假,
這七天假也可以挪移,何必換成特休?「政府根本沒有從勞工角度思考」。
至於國定假日不一致,台灣國際勞工協會研究員認為是假議題,
什麼時候公務員的休假跟相關權益跟勞工一致了。
商總理事長賴正鎰則是讚賞總統有魄力解決一例一休的問題,
他認為,目前一般勞工放假天數已一百二十三天,希望政府不要再增加;
每多一天假日,企業就多增加一百億元的成本。
工總祕書長蔡練生也說,勞工休假制度本來就要有配套,
特休假依工作與年資機制累計已行之有年,已經是完整的特休假制度,
與周休制度是兩回事,政府不能僅針對職場年輕人與資淺勞工,又要重新更動制度。
