新工作適應不良想離職(我之前的文章有寫)
公司算是中型企業
很有制度和流程
什麼東西都要簽核 連申請文具也要主管簽名才能申請
像這樣的公司
離職的話是自己先寫好辭呈直接交給主管
還是先跟主管報備再寫辭呈?
再者 辭呈要怎麼寫阿...? 沒寫過...
請問應該是什麼樣的格式呢?
直接打一張A4紙就好 還是要用信封裝起來(像日本一樣)?
