我目前在一家公司快一年了,公司大概10人,老闆是大學教授,公司主管都是他教過的學生,跟老闆很久,也都忠心耿耿,所以對於個人福利都不那麼在意,凡舉每天加班到9:00或假日外出支援活動不支薪,在這家公司員工眼裡都覺得很合理!
但對我這種跟老闆沒師徒關係的員工,我真的很不喜歡這點,且會的越多只會
越累,越多責任,雖然老闆說等我待滿一年會加薪,但加上去後責任也是更多!
去年底一位公司的龍柱,在社進公司後,沒看他比我早走過,我都至少9:00,他比我更晚,我都懷疑他是不是住公司了....
以上是現任公司的狀況
現在有個跳槽的機會,是一個公家單位的約聘,薪水比我現在多,工作時間很正常,有加班有錢,假日不會強迫出任務,缺點是,裡面聽說需要拍主管馬屁,勾心鬥角狀況嚴重,
我是很想跳過去,過正常人生活,但我爸說,你在這家公司雖累,但他們想重用你,會教你很多東西,你以後可以帶很多經驗到大公司,你到新公司,雖然福利正常但學不到東西,又是約聘沒保障之類的
