如果權益跟當初進公司不同該如何處理? - 面試

是這樣的,我的公司在面試時後,提到關於休假制度是試用期3個月過後,
滿一個月就有半天的休假。今天人事突然發公告,如果沒有做滿一年,之
前所休的假,要被扣薪扣回來。請問這樣合理嗎? 大家進公司時候得到的資訊,
在就職後突然發公告修改,還要大家簽名以示認同.....
有任何法條規範嗎?
