勞基法是規定試用期內,勞工可不經過預告,隨時不去上班,
但是實務上,一般勞工大多是在領完薪水那一天,才不告而別,
反正三個月的工作資歷,下一個老闆也不會承認的.
不過其實在實務上,這分工作是否適合自己,大概做一天就知道了.
