由於本部門其他3個同事陸續離職
剩我一個留下,但遇缺不補
公司因部門人力不足,而逐漸邊緣化本組
常常會被叫去支援別組工作
最近因其他組也有人離職
在遇缺不補下,希望我可以「兼」那組
但原本的工作還是要做
主管的意思是,因為我的部門已邊緣化,剩我一個,存在價值小,我如果身兼他組工作,
會對我比較有益,原本那組就加減做~
但別組工作對我來說是新的領域,因為遇缺不補,所以我原本的工作就活該被犧牲?
在要求調薪下一直遙遙無期,頂多播個1000獎金...覺得感到很不公平,要加入工作量竟不
給調薪,一直要又不是乞丐...
不知道該怎麼辦? 也要用離職逼迫來爭取加薪嗎?其實工作內容我是喜歡的,但一直不
調薪這件事,無法忍受......
