怎麼跟人員當朋友又能做到上面的要求 - 加班

目前任職的公司
上面的要求我們
三個月內提高班別的每人的個人績效
(這班別大概50個人左右)
但是他們又怕人員(派遣)離職
所以希望我們能用朋友的角度來管理
但是他們之前舒適慣了
(舉例就是一小時大概有快十分鐘能滑手機
也習慣做不完就可以加班賺錢的心態
上面現在丟這樣的考題出來
我們應該怎麼做
