懷孕中遭資遣,已申訴中該如何保護自己? - 離職

各位大家好~~
目前我懷孕7個月,老闆10/2在賴上文字告知說要資遣我
原因是工作不能勝任,10/5連假開工後一樣在賴上告知說我就做到10/12
所以我在10/6時已到勞工局申訴,要求恢復僱傭關係
目前情況是,老闆一樣態度堅決要我就做到12號
申訴期間我一樣會持續服我的勞務工作13號我也會繼續來上班
但我擔心會有以下幾個問題,想詢問大家意見應該怎麼處理可以比較保護自己
1.若是老闆10/13"不讓"我進到公司,那麼我該如何證明我有持續來上下班
(進不了公司就打不了上下班卡)我是想說我可以帶著像gopro和手機錄影存證我自己確實有到公司門口
還有每天準時臉書上標記位置打卡?或是打開google map的我的足跡確認我一直在公司
2.若是10/13號我一樣能進到公司,順利坐在我的辦公桌上,那麼我可以在辦公室內一樣架設好攝影機嗎?
(因為擔心老闆若是進到辦公室後,看到我可能會言語謾罵,更擔心會對我有肢體上的暴力)
3.老闆賴上告知要我把工作交接給兩位同事,那麼我要交接嗎??
交接會不會等同於我同意他資遣我了呢???
4.若是10/12號後老闆把我工作全收回,我13號來公司是沒有工作可以做的
這個部份我算工作失職嗎???還是說我就一樣坐在自己位置上等上下班就好?
ps.老闆好像不懂"資遣"是甚麼意思,請同事上網印一張最簡陋的"離職申請書"要我簽名
(還是沒有"非自願離職"選項可選的那種,最簡陋的離職書)
但同事是很雞婆的去下載政府機關規定的封印出給我,我是放在我處理公事的資料夾上
今早進公司,看到老闆特地放在我桌上,就是要我簽名..
當然我是不肯能會簽下去!!!!!
5.那想請問,這張離職單很明顯老闆一直要我簽,那麼我甚麼都不寫放在自己抽屜
會代表我同意要離職嗎???
目前只有想到這幾個疑問想請大家給點意見!!!!!
