提出離職卻一直被主管打迷糊帳不肯放人 - 加班

剛進這間公司一周就發現整間辦公室常常加班不給加班費,若是常常準時走人還會被上層關注
因為非常討厭加班,下班還要受責任制約束一直撐到五月終於跟主管談離職
一來一往的問話對談中他不斷抓住我容易心軟的弱點,談成最慢七月底離職
同時表示不希望我一直催促他,所以一直到七月十號我見主管都毫無動靜
就問他有沒有打算要找人,已經七月了
這時候他卻跟我說:「我一直以為你在考慮,所以沒有動作,再說上次廠商來不是我們有聊到你嗎?對方說讓年輕人自己想想想通了就好。你那時候點頭我就以為你在考慮。」
我記得根本不是那樣,那個場合就是在聊他不懂現在年輕人在想些什麼,對方剛好說中我的癥結點我才點頭附和的,根本不是說我會再考慮,但是他現在就拿這事堵我不讓我走,打算在凹我一個月的時間下來
我已經在找工作了這樣沒完沒了的拖我到底要什麼時候才能離開?
遞交了兩封請辭信,一封五月一封本月月中,他都看完不往上呈報
所以就我傻了?
相信他口頭承諾最晚七月第可走人,結果現在跳票嗎?
朋友說就乾脆走人,你也是提前跟他說的怕什麼
再說你下份工作又不找同產業的工作還怕他封殺你啊?
這時候大家真的會如自己提出的離職日後就直接走人不上班了嗎?
我又要怎麼對應主管說話不斷見縫插針,繞圈繞的我頭腦發昏呢?
主管剛剛又跟我說過兩天再找我談,只是都月底還有什麼好說的,不就是要拖嗎?
