大家好,先基本介紹一下
我私立研究所畢業後就進一家小型廣告公司當企劃
到現在待了快兩年
期間工作很忙,加班到半夜基本是常態
但公司氣氛以及老闆人都不錯,也很賞賜我
一年半時間陸續薪水調升了八千元
(目前三萬五,不加獎金)
雖然工作仍有進步和學習的空間
但因為目前工作的產業不是我很有興趣的
偏傳統廣告(客戶關係非常難接受數位)
有時候會覺得自己跟數位和趨勢脫節
所以想趁年輕走出舒適圈
多給自己一些挑戰
這個月便提了離職
原本也都說好做到四月中
但老闆希望我多給他時間開了一些條件(因為公司除了我只剩一個企劃)
如果我答應做到12月底
1.這個月開始加薪到四萬二
2.歐洲旅遊全額補助(今年和明年的員工旅遊費用統合,等於我多賺了一年的旅遊基金)
3.升小主管幫忙培育2-3個新人
4.離職後幫我寫老闆推薦函(若有需要可以幫我推薦進朋友公司)
以我和同事對老闆的認識都相信是會兌現的承諾
留的猶豫點:
心態上已準備好離職找新工作
離職的出發點也是想趁年輕早一點去嘗試新的環境
盡力去找看看有沒有興趣或能有熱情的工作
也想做更有先瞻性的工作(目前的穩定但總感覺觀念都慢人一步)
所以原本沒有考慮加薪多少就會繼續留
加上升主管,工作責任和內容也更大
勢必會比現在更忙,壓力更重
多留這八個月成長的空間是否不足換新工作
朋友也說以長時間來看多賺的這一點錢根本沒多少
不如換新工作對人生的幫助比較大
走的猶豫點:
但覺得老闆開的條件很誘人(超出我預期的多)
終究也還是會離開去尋找新的工作
晚了八個月找新工作
對我來說會影響很大嗎?
而且我是很沒自信的人
所以想說去外面找新工作要爬到升主管
以及現在的薪資
少說也要再好幾年的時間
現在就有主管的機會可以磨練
是很難得的(但也擔心自己是否可以勝任)
未來出去找工作或許也有利
重點:
到底要拿這八個月換錢和職稱
還是早一點去嘗試外面的挑戰呢?
身邊友人兩派都有,我也覺得兩個選項其實都不錯
後天要給老闆答覆
