交通便利,騎車或搭捷運約30min
新的offer
某日系品牌(一樣傳產)
行銷副主管
薪資45K,試用期滿視表現上調
交通不方便,可能得開車,通勤成本大增
雖然知道版上已有類似文章
但還是想聽聽看前輩們的意見
上週跟公司提離職後
今天老闆找我私下聊聊
表示要慰留我
提出薪資+10K,也就是33K調整為43K
並升為課長職
因為在這間公司也待了四年多
所有的人事物都很熟悉
且升管理職也是我的目標之一
故聽到有機會能夠變課長
讓我內心有些猶豫
新公司方面環境較佳,起薪也比較高
雖然也是行銷相關工作,但很多事情勢必得重新學習,也增加了不確定性
想請問各位前輩們
如果遇到離職加薪慰留
會怎麼做選擇呢?
