今年四月初的時候剛到現任公司報到,是forwarder公司的文件人員
剛到新公司的第二天不知道是不是因為太緊張,原本"那個"來不會痛的我
居然痛得不得了,只好決定請病假
打電話去請假的時候,主管錯愕了一下,但還是答應我讓我請假
我了解她的反應,新人第二天就請假,很誇張,也難免會讓人覺得我有其他計畫。
隔天去上班時開玩笑問同事:昨天請假是不是覺得我要跑了?
同事尷尬的笑了笑沒說什麼...我又問她如果這種情形,會請假嗎?
同事說不會,她會吃止痛藥繼續來上班。
我心想:是不是太隨便就請假了?
然後昨天晚上一直睡不好,不停的中斷睡眠醒過來
最後一次看手機時間的時候已經是凌晨四點多快五點...想說完蛋了
早上起床的時候,頭不停的抽痛,於是又打電話去向公司請了假,想在家休息
躺在床上的時候,一直想說要不要去看個醫生拿收據,明天好給公司...
我自己是覺得身體如果不舒服的話,就應該要在家休息會比較好
不是吃止痛藥拖著病體,勉強自己去公司上班...
但大家都認為,沒有病到需要住院,就是應該要想辦法去上班
這才是認真且有責任感的員工...
到職才滿半個月的我,已經請了2天的病假,我想應該已經被公司黑掉了吧~"~
說不定三個月試用期過後,就會用這個理由告訴我:你不適任,請另謀高就。
不舒服我也不願意,難道就真的需要吃止痛藥然後硬著頭皮去上班
才能表現出我對工作的認真負責和熱忱嗎?
大家如果人不舒服,是會請假,還是依然撐著去上班呢?
