老闆要求下週一交接進行資遣
但有未休完的喪假
請問可以要求把喪假休完才交接嗎?

是要放在你離職所簽的文件上面跟你能不能準時下班時間走人
,到你下班時間還沒完成交接你要你交接完才能走就跟他說你
