特休問題 - 離職

想請問大家
如果公司規定特休起算日為每年的1月1號,不滿1年的話依比例計算
我是去年3/1到職,今年1/1開始公司給了我 "5天半" 的特休
假如我準備要離開公司,因特休只休了1天半 (照公司規定我還剩4天)
那我可以說因為到今年3月年資滿了1年
在離職前跟公司要回應有的 "1天半" 嗎?
因為我一直覺得哪裡怪怪的.... 卻找不到怪的地方
如果我到了明年,1月1號開始我也是只有7天的特休
那我少掉的1天半跑去哪了....
