颱風假
有些雇主颱風假不給薪水,有些雇主颱風假不扣薪水
我不是老闆,應該.....算是中階主管吧,會管到人事制度的
我們公司颱風假,領月薪的工作人員是正常支薪,不扣薪水的,當然也不扣全勤
想請問,如果颱風假老闆不扣薪水
遇到以下狀況,應該怎麼處理比較妥當
A員工在9/25的時候已經提出想要在10/1特休
主管也批准了,並且有白紙黑字證明
但是9/30晚上政府宣布10/1放颱風假
所以10/2上班時,A員工去跟雇主說10/1的特休他要取消
因為那天是颱風假,本就應該放假
請問於理於法甚至於情,雇主應該怎麼處裡呢
1.讓A員工取消10/1的特休申請,那天以放颱風假計算,不會扣到A員工的特休
2.因為A員工事前就已經提出申請,只是剛好當天遇到颱風假,只能認栽,扣一天特休
我們公司的認知是2
但如果A員工可以預測有可能放颱風假
在政府宣布規定放颱風假之前,例如9/30就向主管提出取消10/1的特休申請
主管也准許了
那A員工就不會被扣到一天的特休假
只是如果他猜錯了,9/30政府晚上沒有宣布10/1放颱風假
A員工也必須在10/1到公司上班
但是現在有員工覺得,公司以2的做法是不合理的
因此想請問大家的看法 謝謝
