簽約月薪,首月未足月只算時薪? - 離職

請問一下各位,一般正職上班簽約為底薪制度(底薪25000),
如果首月未足月的話,正常來說應該是依照天數比例來計算底薪的不是嗎?
但聽離職同仁說過首位未足月的話公司會用時薪來計算,此舉是否合理、或是違法?
因為看了看薪資單,依照天數的比例來看,且扣除勞健保與差勤罰款後還有1000多的
差距~想問問看如果公司第一個月真的用時薪來計算,這樣是否違法、還是鑽漏洞??
