約聘等於沒有工作經驗? - offer

本版首PO,想請教各位幾個問題。
我是今年的應屆畢業生,目前拿到一家外商大公司的約聘offer,原本是十個月,
但因為我七月才能到職,所以簽約時就簽七、八個月,讓我做到明年農曆過年前,
人資有說,其實我自己也知道,誰都沒辦法保證我是否能夠轉正職,要看到時候公司有沒
有職缺而定,但我真的很想賭賭看,就算沒賭成,出來時也會比進去時還更有條件挑工作
,我是這麼認為的。
但是現在的問題是,我爸媽不同意,他們覺得我做約聘,合約到期後再出來找工作,
那間公司的主管會覺得我約聘時期的工作不算數,經驗值是零,而且條件甚至會比我大學
剛畢業時還差!我不知道為什麼她會這麼認為,我完全無法理解這個說法,我覺得只要面
試時我能說得出我之前約聘在做什麼、我會什麼,這樣不就好了?
(我之前暑假有實習過,而我在面試時有被問到,那既然公司連實習都會問了,
怎麼可能不在乎約聘?)
我現在22歲,剛出社會想闖一闖,而且我覺得我沒有什麼可以輸的,我想進大公司,
因為他們有制度,能學習到的東西也會比較多,就算到時候沒有轉正職成功,
履歷表也會比較漂亮。
我想請問大家:
1.大公司的約聘真的不如小公司的正職嗎?(我有拿到另一間規模比較小的公司
的正職offer)
2.約聘時期的工作經驗真的不算數嗎?
(我知道約聘若轉正職,年資是歸零,但不至於到別家公司經驗值也歸零吧?)
3.該如何說服我爸媽?
4.約聘出來後會比我進去前還要更有條件挑工作嗎?或者沒兩樣?還是更沒條件?
