約聘跟正職的差別 - 離職

請問一下各位
我有面試到一間a大型公司
這是份約聘缺
經理是跟我說約聘的跟正職的差別
主要是差在約聘的話沒有他們公司的員工福利
像是聚會旅遊之類的
其他的該有的都有
我的薪水就是透過約聘公司轉給我
其他的待遇就是跟正職員工一樣
年終也是固定兩個月
勞基法的部份經理是說他們公司是台灣少數會乖乖遵守法令的公司
該有的都會有(不過其實我忘記跟他確認有無勞健保)
本來我薪資開N經理還說沒問題至少幫我跟人資爭取到N+5以上的薪水
想請問一下
既然給的待遇跟正職的差不多
那為什麼還要透過約聘公司找人呢?
ps.該公司近年營運狀況不是很好
所以經理說人事幾乎都是凍結狀態
除非有人離職你才可能轉正職
