想聊聊關於薪資結構這塊的問題,
我發現台灣很多公司都喜歡在薪資結構拆很多津貼還有全勤,然後底薪超低的,加班費超
少,但是請假扣薪卻很重
我知道大廠比較不會搞這些名目,但是台灣還是中小企業居多,對於勞工來說是很血汗的
想知道大家對於公司薪資結構的問題,會不會影響自己去任職的意願,還是大家都是談年
