之前發過一篇文章介紹我的公司,先讓大家了解一下

接下來大概說明一下被罵的原因,主管要我修改一個網頁手機版顯示時的示意圖(示意圖
其實之前已經做完,主管也說ok),因為此網頁我們有做兩個版本,色系不同以外,只有
幾個頁面的幾個小地方不同,第一個色系的手機版已經做完,主管交代工作時用電話交代
,只說了不同的地方要改好,並沒說要改成跟目前成品一模一樣(成品是他私下與工程師
溝通完成,我完全沒參與,我只負責最初示意圖完稿),所以我使用當初他說ok的示意圖
存檔photoshop檔做修改,結果主管看了以後質疑圖片跟成品不同,在我開口詢問後,他
的意思是要我將目前的成品畫面一個一個拍照對照,因為當初設計的圖片大小跟手機截圖
不同,所以要更改是滿大工程,全部畫面皆重新更改,在這情況下我說了句:恩…那要改
滿多東西的,殊不知主管卻發飆了,叫我將辦公室門關上,連帶找來老闆(公司員工只有
老闆,主管,我,一個part time),在房間開始教訓我,以下對話內容
主管:XX,你到底知道你自己的工作內容嗎?
我:……(沉默
主管:你要我說,還是自己說
我:我知道我自己該作什麼(當下我怒氣上升,因為我平時不只做美編還兼行政根打雜)
主管:你今天說了兩次要改很多東西(這不是事實嗎?!)
我: 但是你要我更改的都是很細微的東西,不明顯的 (真的很細微,圖片只差0.1~2cm的
差距他也會嫌)
主管: 當然啊!這樣工程師又會做偏差,我要在解釋一遍!你知道之前給他解釋多少遍嗎
(那不就是工程師的問題嗎!工程師的理解有問題,卻是要從我這繞一大圈,只為了省下
他解釋時間)
主管: 算了!今天不要再談這件事
就這樣他把我趕出辦公室,被罵當下我沒有哭,坐回位置上以後真的覺得越想越委屈,就
哭出來了,工程師無法理解卻想要從我這去解決這個問題,或許他省下了麻煩,卻造成我
的麻煩,主管不懂ps,但是可以試著了解這樣更改要花多少工,多少時間,不瞭解就覺得
我說那句話是想要推託工作, 之前很多事我都忍下來了,而且這次明明只要他跟工程師
說版型跟之前一樣,把有不同的地方的頁面在給工程師示意圖就可以了,卻不走簡單的路
老闆試著走來安慰我,我越想越不開心,當下跟老闆說了我年後要離職了,老闆馬上拍拍
我的肩膀要我不要說氣話,要我冷靜一點再說,這段時間主管試圖又把我叫進辦公室,不
知想幹嘛,但我實在太生氣了,就沒有理會他,坐在我的位置上,這段時間一直跟老闆說
我年後要走,老闆要我跟主管試著溝通再說,但這種情況下誰能溝通下去 ?
我想問這種情況哭會被認為不負責任,懦弱嗎? 我試著想忍住,但實在太不合理到莫名
其妙
我情緒激動下提出離職會太衝動嗎?是否應該挑一個更好時機再說? 其實離職這想法其實
去年就一直在心中反覆出現,今天的事情只是這一切的引爆點,積累太久覺得好累
不過因為還沒領到年終,我就說出要離職,事後我有點後悔
下班後看在老闆出來安慰我沒有跟主管站同一陣線教訓我,造成他為難,我也傳了line道
歉,也表示提離職只是情緒化反應,太衝動,希望他不要介意
想聽聽版友意見,有人跟我一樣被罵到哭嗎T_T
