被通知資遣後公司又說取消 - 離職

本魯不才,在11月底被公司通知資遣,只能做到12月底(不定期約)
同樣遭遇的還有其他同事,但是今天有同事又被約談說可以轉介其他工作不資遣...
資遣員工與取消是公司的權力這點沒有問題,但是是否有取消的最後期限?
否則都去找新工作了又被取消資遣得回來接續原本工作,
就算再補自請離職也一定多被拖了好幾天,這樣勞工的權益就受到損害了?
而在被通知資遣之後,如果已使用謀職假,卻又被公司通知取消資遣,
已使用的謀職假公司應該不能追回吧?畢竟本來就要支薪的?
