補習班打工第二天才被告知時薪不是115 - 離職

補習班老闆打電話請我去面試時,
我應徵的是國中班導師一職的工讀,面試過程只有口頭詢問一些能配合的時間(每天下午3
:00-10:00)、工作內容還有紀錄姓名電話。
當時問老闆時薪同樣是領基本工資$115,
想說離宿舍近,工時長可以賺比較多,
所以很快就辭掉之前在別間安親班那邊的工作。
昨天是第一天到新環境上班,主任先帶我和另一名新來的員工認識環境還有工作內容,然
後有一個學姐負責帶我點名和打掃工作,就廢廢的度過一晚。
今天第二天上班,
主任跟我說他今天才知道我是工讀生,並問我知不知道時薪110$因為有扣勞保。
我聽到之後就有點傻眼,因為他們除了我的姓名電話沒有其他資料怎麼可能有勞保?
再加上因為是工讀,所以工時就比一開始面試談好的短(每周少賺13小時),
而且另一個新來的員工跟我做一樣的行政工作,但因為她是正職拿21k平均時薪還比我高
很多!!
覺得前後差異太大了所以馬上燃起離職的念頭.....
我還很菜沒有證據可以控訴所以極可能不走申訴只想塊陶,請問各位我可以怎麼做比較好
脫身呢?
